The Basic Module

The basic module is the core of the substance register. It has functionality to prepare, store and distribute HSE data sheets. The module contains a library of standard sentences and a list of substances translated into several languages. It also contains a register of customers and suppliers. It is simple to export and import HSE data sheets to and from other Bureau Veritas HSE systems.

The extensive reporting options will give you a good overview that may contribute to reducing the costs of purchasing, storing and handling chemicals. Risks related to chemical health hazards and fire will be identified and the software may provide relevant information for annual environmental reports. The basic module also makes it possible to define access and rights of individual users or user groups.
